Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end on time vehicle placement, vehicle tracking, POD and Ebill management, customer Billing
- Prepare, review and update SOP and process flows to reflect latest process updates
- Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done and willing to contribute at all levels, and passionate about achieving success
- Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals
- Perform root cause analysis activities and operational excellence programs when require
- Implement Cost Saving \ Value Addition Project
- Perform process controls and dip stick audits
- Act as a bridge between Control Tower and Other stake holders
- Ensure team members login to shift on time, monitor attendance and adhere to break schedules
Qualifications and Skills:
- Make and change rules (SOP) when needed.
- Put the vehicle on time and check where it goes. Do POD, bills, and customer bill.
- Help in all work and try to do good.
- Show the team what to do and help them.
- Save money and add good ideas.
- Find the problem and try to fix it.
- Check the work and do small audits.
- Talk between Control Tower and other people.
- Make sure team comes on time, stays in shift, and takes break properly.
