Key Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
- Good moral background & obeying all the set processes / policies of Rupeek – KYC adherence. Check the KYC of customer & online process for order registration.
- And transfer for same as by the manger of Manager and the stake holder.
- Represent and participate in all the business development activities and broaden the Brand Reach in Catchment Areas to conduct work and to have only one agenda and that is the lead of the prospective customer.
- Answer all of the customers questions and concerns as they finalize the loan.
- And don’t forget to retain New Customers and build strong relationships with existing customers for renewal & referral business.
Skills & Persona:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and Handling.
- Up to 31 years of age
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and Basic English
