Role & Responsibilities for Inside Sales Specialist
- Prospecting Customers – Contact potential customers to introduce products or services, learn about their needs.
- Lead Generation – Identify, prospect and qualify potential customers via telephone calls, email and online research.
- Sales Demos –Give in person or online demonstrations to potential buyers.
- Aware of Products – You will be able to express the features and benefits of our products, essentially from product knowledge training.
- CRM Management –Enter and track leads, opportunities, & interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups – Always follow up with leads to qualify them through the funnel.
- Target Attainment – Strive to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and show a monthly increase in revenue gained from new business.
