Key Responsibilities for Channel Sales Manager:
- And serve as a coach/mentor to cross-sell and grow the business
- Monitor daily production activity to maintain healthy pipeline.
- Cause each agent to grow atleast 20% everyyear ( Development should affect individual \ agents )
- Compliance with IRDA in provisioning agent licensing and commissions payments
- Support/guide producers in the conduct of all policy services activities.
- In charge of quality management of applications
