Role and Responsibility for Production Supervisor / Executive at PI Industries
- Operate YOKOGAWA DCS systems effectively for smooth plant operations.
- Plan and manage production batches to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
- Monitor batch charging and verify raw material quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Adjust process parameters in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the solvent recovery process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of safety standards (MSDS) and adhere to all industry regulations.
- Work with distillation columns under both atmospheric and vacuum conditions.
- Prepare final products for dispatch and manage packaging operations in the warehouse.
- Operate equipment such as GLR and SS reactors, centrifugal, piston, and vacuum pumps, and jet ejector systems.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and ensure the acquisition of necessary work permits.
