Responsibilities of Process Associate Trainees
- Proctor & other exams online -Start-Up, exam submission and log-out of test taker’s exam per your clients/exam rules
- Act as intermediary between Operations representatives and test takers to mediate disconnects during the exam process such as internet/connectivity issues, video/audio problems, or other technical matters
- Log Active Interventions so these can be reported on at a Company level
- Oversee the investigation of any reported breach of Disciplinary Regulations by Test takers
- Interviewing the test takers with necessary documents
- Assemble Testees to fulfil the exam pre-requisites Validate and Verify identity of testee
- Observe the examination throughout and record it in the database.
- Participate in weekly review meetings.
- Notify the technical support team if you encounter any tech issues during the exam
- Deliver the best customer service for test takers and clients based on provided business customer support tool (chat, email tools).
Desired Attributes:
- Strong verbal communication skills with customers and associates.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications (English mandatory)
- Ability to be quick and good at trouble-shooting and problem-solving
- Good technical skills; proficient with web-based applications, O365 Applications and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
